Springtime Thunderheads Early this evening, the weather was stormy with severe thunderstorms and hail. The thunderheads were lovely cloudscapes changing shapes minute by minute. This photo was taken at sunset.
Silo and Barns Spring in Kansas can be seen in the hint of green grass in the prairie. Soon leaves will begin to appear on the trees. When the leaves get the size of squirrel ears it will be time for the farmers to plant their crops of corn.
Good Morning Kansas Countryside Kansas countryside soybean field, railroad track, white barn farmstead, silhouetted trees and hill in the early morning mist.
Lakeside View A small lake view in the early autumn. There is a good size lake in western Kansas that has the greenest of water. Perhaps it has lime deposits. One day I am hoping Preston and I can get back there to photograph.
