Tulip Festival-Wamego, Kansas-2008-2009

Annual Tulip Festival in Wamego, Kansas in 2008 and 2009 featuring people, children, blue cotton candy, lollipops, festival ware, vendor wares, Big Red One Band from Ft. Riley providing music, the old Dutch Windmill and tulips (of course).
