These are two beautiful horses, however there is sadness to be told. The little guy in the back, the smooth brown one, has a really bad leg. The leg has an open sore which is very infected. He can not stand on it. I haven’t a clue how he was hurt, but the wound needs cleaned, needs some antibiotic and stitched up.

I can’t help but wonder if anyone has checked up on the people whose horses these are, to see whether they’re OK? The horses look as if they’ve been well cared for, which makes me think the owners don’t know about the injury or can’t tend it because they’re in some kind of trouble.
