Hi Linda. I was pleased with how this turned out. It reminds me of taking a sponge and other objects with paint and dabbing the textures on canvas. Fun to do! Also, I just like the prehistoric feel to this. Thank you!

Oh, I like this even better than any in the “group of three”. This is just a bit more natural looking, yet maintains that beautiful variation in color and hues.

Hi Linda. I wish I had more time to digital paint flower photos. This spring is wildly blooming flowers galore… sans… photography. Yes, they would make wonderful jewelry for those who like flare. Well, I don’t know if I am getting better but I keep experimenting when I dabble with digital art and painting. I like pop and pa-zazz and really enjoy abstract. Thank you so much, Linda. Oh! I nearly missed these – I just saw I’d failed to sign up for emails of new posts.

These are just splendid. I’ve seen so many flowers this year that have made me think – “those ought to be a piece of jewelry”. Your irises are no exception. I love their ruffles, and that enamel effect is exactly right. I think you’re getting better at this – do you feel that way? Whatever you think, your photos are just stunning.

Shoreacres, the barn is definitely my favorite and I like the painted version on canvas much better than the original. I plan to have this printed on canvas and then I will add real oil paint on a few places. This is one I want to hang on the wall, and will be wonderful to look at during winter. Thank you!
